With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dexter A. Edwards of Erwin, Tennessee, born in Norfolk, Virginia, who passed away on July 9, 2022 at the age of 54. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Estil Edwards; and his brother Mike Edwards. He is survived by: his mother Dorothy A. Edwards (Ingram); his wife Melissa Edwards; his children, Noah A. Edwards, Chelsea M. Edwards and Daniel A. Edwards; his adoptive daughter Serenity J. Edwards; his siblings, Brenda J. Smith, Frank Edwards and Eddie S. Edwards; his cousin Kesha Edwards; his nephew Jacob N. Edwards; and his brother-in-law Jack W. Dyles.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Dexter's name to the Unicoi County Animal Shelter, 185 N Industrial Drive, Erwin, TN 37650.
