He is survived by: his wife Ethel Tilson Chandler; his grandchildren, Shannon Chandler of Johnson City and Rachel Bennett (Jimmy) of Jonesborough; his great grandchildren, Chandler Bennett, Isabella Bennett (Justin McCurry), Matthew Chandler and Chance Chandler; and his siblings, Gary Chandler (Betty) of Erwin and Peggy Sue Simmons (Joe) of Hendersonville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
