He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert F. Foster and Zula Farnor Foster; and his siblings, Clarence, Raymond, Ernest, Calvin, Leonard, Allen Foster, Betty Pate and Audrey Renfro.
He is survived by: his wife Lelian Willis Foster; his son Mark Foster (Joy Beth Foster); his grandchildren, Jarrod Blake Foster and Valerie Lee (Mitchell); his great grandchildren, Calvin Lee, Christian Lee and Colin Lee; and his brother Mike Foster. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
