He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Duncan and Evelyn Whitmire Duncan; and his sister Marina McAbee. He is survived by: his children, Danny Duncan, Jr. (Carla) of Erwin, Christy Kelley (Steven) of Erwin, Shane Hawkins of Erwin and Ryan Simmons of Erwin; his grandchildren, Hunter, Halie, Madison, Devin, Colt and Hayden; his great grandchild Gracyn; and his siblings, Troy Duncan of Liberty, SC, Teresa Godfrey (Donnie) and Wanda Craig (Wayne). He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
