It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Christy Lea Hyder of Erwin, Tennessee, who passed away on June 25, 2022, at the age of 54, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Barbara Gail Saltz Hampton. She is survived by: her father Murrel Hampton of Erwin; her sons, Jordan Hyder of Pinellas Park, FL, Garrett Hyder of Johnson City and William Hyder of Johnson City; her sisters, Kim Rutherford (Mark) and Lisa Peterson (Benny); her son Gary Hyder; and her nephews, Ben Peterson and Heath Rutherford. She is also survived by family members and friends.
