He was predeceased by: his parents, Garfield Bailey and Hildred Bailey (Allen); his wife Anna Lee Williams Bailey; his siblings, Junior Bailey (Shirley), Juanita Banner and Jolene Whitson; his uncle Jack; his aunt Bertha Kegley; and his nephews, Gary, Greg Cash and Daniel Bailey.
He is survived by: his children, Teresa Bailey and Jeffrey Bailey (Jolana); his grandchildren, Kimmie Tipton (Willie), Jason Decker, Shannon Adcock (Jeremy), Lia Bailey and Devin Wright; his great grandchildren, Conner Adcock and Carson Adcock; and his siblings, Max Bailey and Loretta Edwards.
