He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Hensley and Nancy Cox Forbes; and his wife Amy Hensley. He is survived by: his siblings, Robert Forbes (Rachel) and Lisa Lipscomb (Derek); and his nieces and nephews, Skylar, Jacob, Tobias, Damien, Alysha Gail, Brittany and Corbin.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, April 28th 2025 at 10:50 AM at the Logans Chapel Cemetery (209 Logan Chapel Rd, Fall Branch, TN 37656). A graveside service will be held on Monday, April 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
