He was predeceased by: his parents, Halbert Neblett and Irene Webb Neblett; and his sister Hallie Marie Neblett. He is survived by: his children, Don Tyler Neblett of Savannah, GA, Shiana Neblett of Erwin and Abigail Neblett of Erwin; and his siblings, Ronnie Webb (Nannie), Luther Neblett (June), George Neblett (Donna), Lewis Neblett (Sandy), Randy Brooks (Debbie), Eva Capps, Sara Armstrong (Coy) and Coretha Lefler (Jim). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
