It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Buddie Joe Simmons of Erwin, Tennessee, who passed away on April 24, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Simmons and Cora Bell Vance Simmons; his wife Gloria "Pat" Walker Simmons; his brother Walter "Buster" Simmons; his brother-in-law Frank Higgins; and his nephew Kevin Higgins.
He is survived by: his son Tim Simmons (Cindy); his siblings, Bill Simmons (Alma) and Barbara Higgins; his grandsons, Josh Simmons (Natalie) and Jordan Simmons (Melissa); his great grandchildren, Jackson, Brady, Carter, Cameron, Lilah, Landry and Kinsley; and his nephews, Mike Simmons, Keith Simmons and Terry Higgins.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic we respectfully request that anyone attending services please wear a mask or face covering at all times and observe all social distancing guidelines.
