He is survived by: his niece Cecilia Baker; his son David (Connie Grubb); his granddaughter Kayla of Erwin; his son Samuel (Kelly Utt-Grubb); his grandsons, Andrew and Christopher of Franklin, TN; his sister Jane (David Burgner) of Erwin; his close friend Mari Fanning; and also John (Debbie Grubb) of Pelham, AL..
