He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Patsy "Pat" Daugherty Burton of Erwin, TN and Bill Burton, Sr.; his wife Jennie Engle Burton; his sons, Brian Burton (Christina) of Asheville, NC, Jerad Burton (Crystal) of Nebo, NC and Phil Burton of Nebo, NC; his grandchildren, Nicholas, Mallory, Liam, Jonas and Reece; and his brothers, Bob Burton (Jo) of Erwin, TN and Rick Burton (Sandy) of Johnson City, TN. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
