She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Foster and Zula Foster; her husband Tommy John Pate; her sons, James S. Pate and Gordon Keith Pate; and her siblings, Audrey Renfro, Clarence, Raymond, Earnest, Leonard, Calvin and Allan Foster.
She is survived by: her daughters, Karen Gentry (Frank) and Janie Love (Tim); her daughter-in-law Cathy Pate; her grandchildren, Allison Athon (Todd), Ryan Love (Megan), Kelsey King (Chris), Whitney Pate (Audrea Miller), Kelly Pate, Olivia Coontz (Will) and Anica Gentry (Andrew Cooper); her great grandchildren, Callie, Tess Athon, Eleanor, Amelia Coontz and Orie King; her brothers, Dennis (Lillian) and Mike Foster; and her siblings-in-law, Anderson Pate, Margaret Foster and Frances Foster.
