She was predeceased by: her parents, Josie Randolph and Robert Randolph; her husband Donald Effler; her children, Glenda McCray and David Effler; her siblings, Cora Tolley, Trula Hall, Mary Lee Wilson, Olan Randolph and Earl Randolph; her son-in-law Keith Knowlton; and her grandsons, Mike Clouse and Jimmy Effler.
She is survived by: her daughters, Judy Tipton (Roger), Kathy Alford (Rob) and Karen "Susie" Knowlton; and her sister-in-law Nadine Moore. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren; as well as numerous nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Et Valley Funeral Home (1085 N Main Ave, Erwin, TN 37650). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
