She was predeceased by: her parents, Burnie Coffie and Dora Ann Coffie (Huskins); her husband Handy John "HJ" Sparks; and her siblings, Ernest Coffie, Hillard Coffie, Jeanette Whitson and Vernon Coffie.
She is survived by: her sisters-in-law, Patsy Sparks and Alice Sparks; her nephews, Steven Sparks, Dennis James Sparks, Danny Coffie, Randy Coffie and Todd Rogers; and her niece Lesia Willis.
