She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee Belcher and Tabitha Belcher (McPeak); her former husband Ford Selvage; her husband Oscar H. Powers; and her son Kevin Dale Selvage.
She is survived by: her children, Jerry Selvage (Chris) of Crossville, TN, Judy Davis of Gray, TN, Gary Selvage (Kathy) of Wise, VA and Jeff Selvage (Lisa) of Jonesborough; her grandchildren, Steve Selvage, Jennifer Linden, Ford Davis, Jarrod Davis, Jamey Roberts, Emily Selvage and Cassie Selvage; and her great grandchildren, Steve, Ford, Jarrod, Jamey, Ryan, Noah, Andrew, Gabe, Landon and Jude. She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews, and many very special friends.
