She was predeceased by: her father Fred James Johnson; her husband Ernest K. Tapp; her daughter Brenda Howell; her siblings, Stewart M. Johnson, Brown M. Johnson, Charles "Ed" Johnson and June Dills; and her daughter-in-law Peggy Tapp.
She is survived by: her sons, Marvin "Butch" Tapp, Michael L. Tapp (Steve Tapp) of Seymour, TN and Erwin; and her siblings, Douglas E. Johnson (Loraine) and Shirley Stevenson. She is also survived by six grandchildren; six great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
