It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Cooper (Erwin, Tennessee), born in Relief, North Carolina, who passed away on February 26, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Silas Adkins and Ida Adkins (Wilson); her husband Lawrence Cooper; and her siblings, Ruth Peterson and Buford Adkins.
She is survived by: her children, Larry Cooper (Kathy) and Teresa Starnes; her granddaughter Lauren Starnes; her sister-in-law Edna Cooper; and her nieces and nephews, Very, Pearl Peterson and Sue Moore.
