She was predeceased by: her parents, Cas Roberts and Linda Edwards Roberts; her husband Sherrill Hughes; her siblings, Jay W. Roberts, Rosetta, Mary Lee, Elva and Dollie; and her nephew Stephen.
She is survived by: her niece Sharon Gryder. She is also survived by eleven nephews, and ten nieces; several great nieces and nephews; a few great-great nieces and nephews.
