He is survived by: his fiancée Jaclyn Law; his parents, Mike Phillips and Linda Phillips of Erwin, Tennessee; his grandmother Louella Rice Phillips of Erwin; his aunts and uncles, Vicky Kimery Sells, Frank Sells of Jonesborough, Tennessee, Brad and Amy Phillips of Knoxville, Tennessee; and his cousins, Heather White, Christopher White and Chad Beam.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Robert Ledford Funeral Home and Chapel (720 Ohio Ave, Erwin, TN 37650). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A committal service was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 12:30 PM and at 1:00 PM at the Evergreen Cemetery (1100 7th St, Erwin, TN 37650).
