He was predeceased by: his parents, John Seay and Willie Mae Seay; and his brother Wayne Seay. He is survived by: his wife Tammy Seay; his children, Garrett Seay (Heather) and Brittney Seay; his stepchildren, Cody Schmidt (Cynthia) and Britney Schmidt; his siblings, Mary Mathis, Johnnie Seay and Judy Anderson; his grandchildren, Aiden Seay, Alex Seay and Ensley Schmidt; and his great grandchildren, Mckinley, Paisley and Connelly.
