He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilburn Lowery and Olita Lowery; his wife Jodi Lowery; and his brothers, Freddy Lowery, Leroy Lowery and Dean Lowery.
He is survived by: his child Kimberly Lowery of Jeffery Lowery; his siblings, Norma Hill, Charles Lowery, Donnie Lowery, Terry Lowery and Jimmy Lowery; and his grandsons, Cameron Shapiro and Devon Lowery.
