Walter Glenn Vann Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Walter Glenn Vann of Erin, Tennessee, who passed away on January 26, 2025, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his significant other Stella Annette Vann (Knight); his parents, Alonzo Marshall and Clara Christine Vann; and his siblings, Jim Vann, Jerry Vann, Doris Mathis and Mildred Forsee.
He is survived by: his children, Carlton Vann (Debbie), Eugene Vann (Libby), Glenda Parker (Joel), Billy Vann, Marie Manley and Mary Jewell Selph (Maynard); and his siblings, Patricia Smith (Jerry) and Marshall Vann (Claire). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, many great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, January 30th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Nave Funeral Home (4639 W Main St, Erin, TN 37061). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM at the Pleasant View Cemetery.
