He was predeceased by: his father Harold Howell. He is survived by: his mother Georgie Howell; his wife Norma Howell; his children, Kristy Veliz (Leo) and Tad Howell (Donna); his brother Freddie Howell (Dianna); his grandchildren, Samantha Veliz, Johnny Veliz and Summer Veliz; and his great grandchild Chance Veliz. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
