She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Dale and Mary Frances Meadows; her husband Thomas Edgar Clark (Thomas); and her siblings, Billy Meadows (Norma) and Jeri Meadows.
She is survived by: her children, Penny Smith (Jerry) and James "Jimmy" Dale Clark; her brother Marion Osborne Meadows (Joann); her brother-in-law Kenneth Clark (Mable); her grandchildren, Jessica Dale Clark, Morgan Lingauer (Joey) and Alexis Smith; and her great grandchildren, Dalynn Ray Reynolds, Kyilynn Alexis Bradford, June and Amelia Lingauer. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
