She was predeceased by: her husband Frank Oster; her parents, Constance Coleman Gebhardt and Roy Coleman; her stepfather Russell Gebhardt; and her brother Terry Coleman.
She is survived by: her daughter Rachel Tefft Shontz (Cody); her stepdaughter Chris Sneed (Bo); her grandchildren, Clair Shontz, Connor Shontz and Gunnar Sneed; her significant other Tom Carter; her siblings, Pamela Lowery (Donnie), Judy Dixon, Sandra Crockett and Tracy Coleman; her nieces and nephews, Amanda Dixon, Katlin Crockett, Paige Crockett, Madison Black, Michael Lowery (Brandy), W. L. Dixon and Anthony Coleman; and her close friend Shanna Hollis Rye.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Arlington Cumberland Presbyterian Church.
