She was predeceased by: her parents, William Allen Ballard and Lora Gertrude Adams; and her husband Marlin Stavely. She is survived by: her sons, Paul "Chip" Spicer (Beverly) and Roger Dale Spicer; her brother Harold Dean Ballard; her grandchildren, Matthew Brian Spicer, Christopher Ryan Spicer, Gregory Chip Spicer, Kimberly Dawn Spicer, Camilla "Millie" May, Drew Graham and Notya Brown; and her great grandchildren, McKinley Jade Spicer and William McClain Spicer.
