She is survived by: her son Donnie Simmons (Tammy); her siblings, Noble Phillips (Billie) and Eula Waynick; her sister-in-law Patsy Phillips; her grandsons, Drew Simmons and Thomas Colahan; and her stepgreat-granddaughter Anne Wilkes.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 2nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, February 3rd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Nave Funeral Home (4639 W Main St, Erin, TN 37061). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Pleasant View Cemetery.
