She is survived by: her husband Jerry Adkins of Erin, TN; her daughters, Dawn Marie Kitchen of Ohio, Mary Nicole Adkins of West Virginia, Teri Lee Adkins of Erin, TN and Jeri Lynn Adkins of Erin, TN; her siblings, Stephen Willimas of Centerville, TN and Diana Adkins of Centerville, TN; and her grandchildren, Coty, Wyatt, Lindsey, Racheal, Jeramiah, Malachi, Brooklyn and Parker. She is also survived by four great-granchildren.
