She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Lewis and Jane Ridgeway Lewis; her husband Richard Courtney; and her brother Mitch Lewis. She is survived by: her children, Chucky Mathis, Samantha Walker and Alisha Mathis; her siblings, Scott Lewis, Sharon Lewis, Randy Lewis and Pam McCabe; and her grandchildren, Cory Pflieger, Lindsey Pflieger, Jonathan Walker and Christopher Walker. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
