She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. John Isham Alsobrooks and Susie Conatser Alsobrooks; her husband Henry Edward Coleman; and her siblings, Futrell Alsobrooks and Mai Bell Foster.
She is survived by: her children, Randall Coleman, Kendall Coleman (Carla), Weldon Coleman (Nora), Sidney Coleman (Emily), Lila Gunson (Michael), Lance Coleman (Tonya) and Olivia Rosado (Raymond); and her sister Dorothy Scarlett (Glen). She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
