In the vast expanse of eternity, Lynn shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Lynn farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Denver Mercer and Ida Zimmer Mercer; his siblings, Wayne Mercer and Pam Mercer; and his brother-in-law Harlon Luffman.
He is survived by: his siblings, Dennis Mercer (Debra), Glynn Mercer, Helen Barnd (Alvin) and Margaret Luffman. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Anglin Funeral Home (402 Donelson Pkwy, Dover, TN 37058).
