He was predeceased by: his parents, JD Lovelady and Ethel Coffell Lovelady; and his brother Charles Lovelady. He is survived by: his wife Vera Lovelady; his children, Mark Carpenter, Teresa Cook (Stan) and Crystal Dew (Dwayne); his sister Mary Faye Perrigo; and his grandchildren, Cassie Dew Futrell, Chance Dew, Kyle Cook, Kayla Cook James, Chris Carpenter and Savannah Livingston. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
