He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Jean Kurtz; his children, Christopher Kurtz (Christine), Jeremy Kurtz (Amanda), Jason Kurtz (Lanie), Amy Dasher and Sara-Jean Nagel (Robert); his grandchildren, Kyleigh and Jordan Dasher; his siblings, Virginia "Deedee" Antonelli, Dale, Glen and Dean Hildebrant; and his grandchildren, Patrick, Jake, Jason, Logan, Jamison, Jermiah, Jason Jr., Kelsey, McKenzie, Kinsley, Anna and Roxy. He is also survived by his family and friends.
