He is survived by: his wife Sara Dew; his sons, Dwayne Dew (Crystal) and Lewis Dew (Kim); his siblings, Marietta Hollis (Leon), Faye Neblett (Danny) and Ralph Dew; his grandchildren, Tyler Hammond (Sarah), Cassie Futrell (Bishop), Katlin Dew, Kayla Dew, Brisyn Dew, Bradyn Dew and Chance Dew; and his great grandchildren, Daxton Petty, Grayson Hammond, Luke Arnold, Balley Norvell, Maggie Futrell and Kaiden Petty.
