He was predeceased by: his wife Josetta Parker; his brother Sonny Blunkhall; his son David Michael Blunkall; and his granddaughter Jordan McKee. He is survived by: his children, Tracy Crews and Pattie Wade; his sister Lona Dudeley; and his grandchildren, Lekisha Revell, Erica Revell, Brittany Revel, Neal Huffines-Blunkall, David Blunkall and Alyssa Crews.
