He was predeceased by: his parents, James Earl and Helen Maxine Rye; and his wife Tratina Rye. He is survived by: his sons, Gary Lee Rye (Shanna) and Travis James Rye (Brittany); his siblings, Wayne Rye, Glenn Rye, Carolyn Trivette and Judy Farris; his grandchildren, Brandon Huser, Steven "Taylor" Rye, Tyler Anderson Rye, Abigail Grace Rye, Riley Jude Rye and Zackary Carter Rye; his great grandchildren, Kentlee Huser, Raygan Huser, Adelyn Huser and Grayson Huser; and also Natasha Pulley.
