With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frances Seay (Erin, Tennessee), who passed away on January 30, 2019 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Taylor and Annie Ross Taylor; her husband Julian Ray "Rip" Seay; her son Frederick Ray Seay; and her brothers, Frederick Carl Taylor and Albert Isaac Taylor.
She is survived by: her children, Deborah Adams and Michael (Dee Seay); her grandchildren, Stephen Seay, Aaron "Bubba" Seay, Andrea Seay, Maggie Jo, Nolas Seay and John J. Wilson; and her great great grandchildren, Makenna and Callen.
