She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas W. Harris and Daisy L. Brunson; her husband Preston "Reed" Milam; and her grandchild Greyson Veal. She is survived by: her children, Michael Milam, Sheila Wallace and Reda Muse; her brother JC Harris (Cathey); and her sister-in-law Jean Allen. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, and seventeen great-grandchildren.
