She is survived by: her children, Lay Owens Jr. (Tammy), Jowanna House (Randy), Amy Spears (Chuck) and Dillard "Matt" Owens; her siblings, Anna June Evans (Doyle), James Dillard Galloway Jr. and Sara Bell Childers (Melvin); and her close friend Ethel Maxine Nayyar.
