He was predeceased by: his parents, Elijah Weaver and Mary Frances Weaver; his wife Marie Allsbrooks Weaver; his grandsons, Billy Dee Ross and Daniel Kirk Ross; and his brother Earl Weaver.
He is survived by: his wife Eloise Averitt Weaver; his daughters, Donna Moore (Lewis) and Pam Stanfill (Ricky); his stepdaughter Lou Ann Bruce; and his siblings, James Weaver of Harold Weaver, Ruby Weaver, Jean Britton and Sheila Allison. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, and thirteen great-grandchildren.
