She was predeceased by: her parents, Earlie Vaughn and Margaret Vaughn; her husband Donald M. Brooks; her grandson Kelly Darnell; and her siblings, Carrol Vaughn, Dale Allison Vaughn, Mary Vaughn and Ruth Vaughn.
She is survived by: her children, Connie Darnell (Roger) of Madison, TN, Terry W. Brooks of Erin, TN, Donald Gene Brooks of Nashville, TN and Kathy Perry (Joe) of Clarksville, TN.; and her siblings, Charles Vaughn of Clarksville, TN, Edsel Vaughn (Opal) of Cummingham, TN, James Vaughn (Jimmy) of Sailors Rest, TN and Sally Jensen of Cumberland City, TN. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great- great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
