He is survived by: his parents, Garner Bailey and Mary Bailey; his stepchildren, Anthony Cook, Becky Watkins and Shea McRoberts; his siblings, Chris Bailey, Terri Lea (Jeff) and Sandra Bryant; his grandchild Summer Hoffman of Skylar Watkins; and his niece Crystal Hutcherson (Randal). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and additional relatives.
