She was predeceased by: her mother Alma Smith; her husband James Ross O'neal; and her brothers, Loughton Smith, Lowell Smith, Lloyd Smith Sr. and Lofton Smith.
She is survived by: her sons, Bobby O'neal (Elizabeth) and Ricky O'neal (Shana); her grandchildren, Taylor O'neal, Laken Largent (Christopher), Zachery O'neal, Kayse Gann (Josh), James Cornejo and Courtney Diate; and her great grandchildren, Chloe Largent, Carleigh Largent, Rylee Miller, Letty O'neal, Jacob O'neal, Brinley O'neal, Zaylee Gann and Hadley Diate.
