He was predeceased by: his mother Lorene Blackstock Johnson; his wife Linda Woods Blackstock; and his sisters, Kattie Johnson and Pam Johnson. He is survived by: his aunt Jean Blackstock of Sardis; his children, Steve Blackstock (Kris) of Henderson and Stephanie Rushing (Jonathan) of Reagan; his siblings, Jerry Johnson of Ramer, Danny Johnson of Florida and Sharon Johnson; his grandchildren, Dr. Drew Blackstock (Kayla), Kyle Patterson (Kayla), Brandi Hill (Andrew), Bethany Seagraves (Tyler), Cody Rushing (Cheyenne) and Erin Rushing; and his great grandchildren, Ola Jean, Georga Rose, Sylvia Renee Blackstock, Faithlynn Gayle, Sutton Strong Patterson, Shep Northrope Hill, Braxton Lee and Ty Hunt Seagraves. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
