He was predeceased by: his parent John Ferguson; and his siblings, Betty W. Moore, Cecil Williams and Harry Lee Williams. He is survived by: his parent Kathleen Damaris Hicks Williams; his friend Pat Dougherty Dodez of Athens; his daughter Janet Rene of Englewood; his daughter-in-law Stanley Bruce Williams; his grandchildren, Ashley Brown and Joshua Casteel; his siblings, Kathryn Williams, Jane W. Glass (Lynn) and Roy C. Williams (Eula) of Decatur; his siblings-in-law, McRae Williams of Athens and Don Moore of Riceville; and also, Sue Kowaski of Hawaii and Stephen Douglas Williams of Athens.
