She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd McKinney and Mayme McKinney; her parent-in-law Tip Webb; her siblings, Dan McKinney (Pearl), Jack McKinney and Wanda Jean McKinney; her siblings-in-law, Brown Webb, Joseph "Dobie" Webb and Mary Elizabeth Lucas (Bobby); and also Maymie Webb.
She is survived by: her husband Ray Webb; her children, Dexter Webb (Karen), Deirdre Robinson (Gary), Dereak Webb (Donna) and Derana Fox (Tim); her grandchildren, Tera Fox, Alyssa Fox, Candice Robinson, Heather MacLeod (Bruce), Ryan Singleton, Reagan Wilburn and Riley Wilburn; her sisters, Margaret Lovingood (Andrew) of McMinn County and Tommie Brown of McMinn County; and her sister-in-law Gladys Land (Bill) of Polk County. She is also survived by wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother.
