He is survived by: his wife Debbie Couey of Englewood; his siblings, Ben Couey of Greasy Creek and Anna Rowe of Etowah; his children, Kevin Couey of Madisonville and Samantha Moser of Tellico Plains; his stepsons, David Dodson (Joanne) of Englewood and Phillip Dodson (Jennifer) of Etowah; his grandchildren, Chase Moser, Emma Moser of Tellico Plains and Lexi of Tellico Plains; his stepgrandchildren, Justin Dodson (Kaitlyn) of Etowah and Emileigh Dodson; his fiancé Corey Statton; his stepgreat-grandson Zander Dodson (Little Man) of Etowah; his sisters-in-law, Lisa Franklin (Ray) of Athens and Vickie Land (Paul) of Englewood; and his pet Pretty Girl.
