He is survived by: his daughters, Vicki Lois Carter of Englewood and Pamela Beth Carter of Atlanta, GA; his grandchildren, Melissa McConkey, Neal Holland and Rebecca Rentz; his great grandchildren, Eli McConkey, Kadin Haynes and Justice Rentz; his nieces, Lila Carter (Bob Montooth) and Janice Carter; his great-niece Amanda Snook; and his nieces and nephews, Good, Kenneth Patterson and Claude Moses.
