She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Hampton and Janie White Hampton; her husband John Henry Lethco; her sons, Douglas Edward Lethco and Harold Lethco; her siblings, Martha Baxter, Tiny Roberts, Velma Brock, Andrew Jackson Hampton, J. C. Hampton and A. C. Hampton; and her grandchildren, Billy Lethco, Mason Dean, John Edward Lethco, Chris Dean, William Dean Martin and Jacob Leatherman.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Miller (David), Betty Dean (Dennis), Joyce Martin, Darlene Grayson (Roy), Johnny Lee Lethco (Sandy) and Michael Lethco (Gail); and her sister Annabell Malone. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 36 great-grandchildren, 8 great-great-grandchildren.
