He is survived by: his wife Kaye Kyker of Englewood; his daughter Theresa "Terri"; his son-in-law Robert Norman of Etowah; his daughter Paula "Polly"; his son-in-law Jim Slack of Athens; his grandchildren, Christy, Brittany Noah (Zach), Ben (Sarah), Chris and Darby; his siblings, Ralph Payne (Faye) of Maryville and Evelyn Saunders of Athens; and also Judy Kirksey of Englewood. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
